I recreated the chart on my dorm room wall at 1/4th size.  Just so I can have it as a reference.  I also flagged a few areas as I was working that I remembered I had more thoughts on. 
I was thinking about layouts and how to arrange the information in a way that shows all the connections.  Maybe a website with different pages?  I'm still thinking.
