Organizing the book. Part 2

This is what I want to do when I have all months of completed data. The red represents most common. It will be in alphabetical order. It shows the tag, the number of times that tag occurs in within all 6 months, and the numbered day it occurred on. When I make my book, I will include an index that tells all of the pages in the book a tag appears. The current image below will help me with the second part of the book. I will have to group all repeated tags for this. I am thinking ahead.
